Hi! For my 12 week challenges I normally do Jamie Eason's 12 week program & that works great but this time I am trying something different and doing cardio (run/walk) 6 days and weights 4 days (2 days upper & 2 days lower body)! Good luck with it all! I am trying to see changes pretty quickly this time so I'm trying to eat really clean and weighing all my food! Xx
